Rivers "To
Go" is the carryout section of the Rivers restaurant. It
faces the lobby and opens early in the morning. Rivers
caters to office building patrons with breakfast specialties
such as the Denver Croissant, Gravlox Sandwich, Santa Fe
Burrito, fresh pastries and brewed gourmet coffee. For those
who don't have time for a leisurely lunch inside, Rivers "To
Go" is a wonderful alternative.
Rivers "To Go" offers such delicious take-out items for
lunch as Meatloaf Sandwich, served open face with mashed
potatoes and mushroom gravy. Everyone wants a bite of the
creative Apple Butter Barbecued Chicken Pizza or the Chicken
and Penne Pasta Salad. Rounding out the Rivers "To Go" menu
are healthy Rivers specialty salads, tasty bistro pizzas,
wraps, homemade soups, and hot or cold sandwiches.
But wait! This isn't your average carry-out. Rivers "To Go"
also has a full Smoothie Bar where fresh fruit smoothies
such as Banana Blast, a mixture of fresh bananas, nonfat
frozen yogurt, honey and caramel sauce are made-to-order. Or
try a refreshing Berry Berry Good Smoothie, with a rousing
blend of raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, and nonfat
yogurt. If you want to add extra boost of energy to your
healthy Rivers "To Go" smoothie or blended drink, tow
complimentary nutritional supplements are available with
