River's menus reflect seasonal changes. In the fall and winter the fare includes stews, fresh seafood dishes, and creative pastas. Game entrees such as venison and duck are also featured. During spring and summer bountiful fresh produce is highlighted in lighter foods, many of which are cooked on the wood burning grill.

The Wood-Fired Grill is the anchor of the open kitchen at Rivers which features such entrees as Alaskan Wild Salmon with Shitake Mushrooms, Roasted Red and Yellow Peppers in an oven roasted Tomato Butter Sauce and Grilled Rack of Lamb with Roasted Vegetables, Cripsy Polenta and Lamb Jus. The Grilled Swordfish, seasoned with a Chilli Rub, is served over Cous Cous and topped with a Watermelon Salsa. Rivers also offers a fine selection of Wood-Fired Steaks. The delicious Roasted Corn Soup with Roasted Tomato and Onion Confit, Chives and Red Pepper Cream, is one of the Rivers most popular starters.
